The Government of Kerala on October 14, 2024, issued a list of holidays for the Calendar year 2025.
The Government of Kerala is pleased to declare the following days as Public Holidays under the Negotiable Instruments Act for the calendar year 2025, in addition to Sundays, which are already recognized as Public Holidays. Holidays falling on Second Saturdays or Sundays are excluded from the attached list. Bank branches operating on these days are exempt. Institutions governed by the Labour Law, such as those under the Industrial Disputes Act, Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, and Minimum Wages Act, will observe holidays per the Kerala Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act, 1958.
