Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on October 15, 2024, amended an older notification No.36/2001-Customs  (N.T.),  dated August 03, 2001, related to the Tariff Value of certain description of goods.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification TABLE-1, TABLE-2, and TABLE-3 shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force with effect from October 16, 2024.
