Labour Compliance The Labour Employment Training and Factories Department, Telangana on October 14, 2024, issued the notification declaring the Motor Transport Industry in the State of Telangana as a Public Utility Service Unit.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Government of Telangana hereby declares the Motor Transport Industry in the State of Telangana as a Public Utility Service Unit.

• This shall be in effect for a period of six months

This shall be in effect from August 23, 2024.
