The Industries, Investment Promotion and Commerce Department, Tamil Nadu on October 07, 2024, issued the amendment to the Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation Rules, 2017.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In Annexure 2, under the heading “2.5 Other Clearances and Renewals”, in the tabular column, entries shall be inserted after after S.No.2.5.139 namely: -
o 2.5.140 which states “Permission for alteration and addition/ revision/ revalidation of building plan under rule 10 of the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019.”
o 2.5.141 which states “Permission for demolition and reconstruction of building under rule 10 of The Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019”
o 2.5.142 which states “Permission to draw Surface Water from Government Sources”
o 2.5.143 which states “Certificate of Non-Availability of Water from water supply Agency”
