Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Power (MoP) on October 14, 2024, amended an older notification No. S.O. 4554(E) dated September 26, 2022, related to refrigerating appliances.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification, in clause (3), in sub-clause (3), - (1) in Table 1 for the Frost Free Refrigerator, for the words, figures and letters “(Valid from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2024)”, the words, figures and letters “(Valid from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2025)” shall be substituted.
