The Government of Goa on October 10, 2024, issued the Goa Legislative Diploma No. 2070 dated 15-4-1961 (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024, to further amend the Goa Legislative Diploma No. 2070 dated 15-4-1961.
The following has been stated namely: -
• After article 31, a new article “31-A” shall be inserted, which states that any land granted by the Comunidade for a specific purpose cannot be used for any other purpose, and if misused, it shall revert to the Comunidade following due process, with the Administrator issuing a restraining order against unauthorized changes in land use.
