The Government of Kerala on October 07, 2024, issued the Kerala Repealing and Saving Bill, 2024, to repeal certain Amendment Acts.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It repeals a total of 110 Amendment Acts specified in the Schedule.
• It further states that the repeal of any Amendment Act listed in the Schedule shall not impact other enactments that reference it, nor shall it affect the validity or consequences of actions taken, rights acquired, obligations incurred, or remedies granted prior to the repeal.
