Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Maharashtra on October 15, 2024, issued a notification regarding section 31 of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963.

Amendment in the Government Notification, Co-operation, Marketing and Textiles Department, No. ACT-0424/C.R. 226/21-C, dated the 10th October 2024, as follows, namely:- In the said Notification, for the words "twenty-five paise and fifty paise" the words "seventy- five paise and hundred paise" shall be substituted.
