The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) on October 17, 2024, notified regarding the extension of the due date to file audit report in correct Form 10B/10BB as applicable for A.Y. 2023-24 to November 10, 2024, from March 31, 2024 via notification no. Order u/s 119 dated October 07, 2024, for those taxpayers who have filed Form 10B/10BB till October 31, 2023, but filed Form 10B instead of Form 10BB and vice-versa.
