The Government of Rajasthan on October 12, 2024, notified regarding providing medical facilities under RGHS to the employees appointed on or after January 01, 2004, but retired till March 31, 2022.
The following has been stated:
• The Retired personnel whose service period is less than 10 years and their service is not pensionable, in order to provide medical facility to this category of personnel under RGHS, after certification by them from their last office like the pensioners of the Board/Corporation or on the basis of LPC finally issued from the last office of the retired personnel being considered as certified and on depositing the amount of Rs. 1.05 lakh in lump sum for 10 years of the prescribed contribution of Rs. 10,500/-, free medical facility will be provided as per provisions in IPD up to Rs. 10 lakh per family per year and OPS up to Rs. 30 thousand per year and in identified serious diseases within the limit of need OPD.
