Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Department of Commercial Taxes, Puducherry Administration on October 14, 2024, notified regarding the amendment in an older Notification No. G.O.Ms.No.49, dated September 28, 2018, related to collecting a 0.5% levy on the net value of intra-state taxable supplies facilitated for other suppliers.

In the said notification, for the words “half per cent.”, the figure and word “0.25 per cent.” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force from October 14, 2024.
