The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on October 17, 2024, issued a circular regarding Market Access through Authorised Persons.
The following has been stated: -
•Members must report Authorised Person (AP) inspection details through the NCFE portal, specifically in the "Compliance → Inspection of AP" module.
•Inspections conducted before August 29, 2024, follow the old format (Annexure A), while those after August 29, 2024, adhere to revised guidelines (Annexure B).
•All fields in Annexures A and B are mandatory, and submissions cannot be edited. Members must also report any incidents involving assured returns or unauthorized AP schemes within two working days.
