The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 18, 2024, issued a circular regarding the System Audit of Broker-Dealers.
The following has been stated: -
•In accordance with SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DMS/34/2013 dated November 06, 2013, in relation to systems audit requirement, Broker Dealers using algorithm software (Type – III) are required to conduct a System Audit for the period April 01, 2024, to September 30, 2024.
•Broker Dealers shall comply with any non-compliance/ non-conformities (NCs) pending for system audit report for the previous audit periods by submitting ATR and/or Follow-on audit report.
