The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on October 18, 2024, amended an older notification No.62/1994- Customs (N.T.) dated November 21, 1994, related to Customs Port in the country.
The following has been stated: -
•In the notification in the Table, against serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharashtra, in columns (3) and (4), after the item (18) in column (3) and the entries relating to it in column (4), the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:
(19) Yogayatan
(4) Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
