Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Goa on October 18, 2024, issued a notification regarding the enforcement date of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•The date of publication, October 18, 2024, is the date on which the provisions of Sections 6, 34, and 36 of the Ordinance shall come into force.

•November 01, 2024, as the date on which all other provisions of the Ordinance shall come into force.
