Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Kerala on October 19, 2024, issued a notification regarding ART Registration requirements under the Surrogacy Act.

The following has been stated: -

•Institutions providing reproductive infertility services, including government and private surrogacy clinics, ART (Artificial Reproductive Technology) clinics, and ART banks, must register under the ART Surrogacy Act.

•Registration information is available on the Department of Health website.
