The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on October 18, 2024, issued the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Selection, Installation and Maintenance of First-Aid Fire Extinguishers.
The following Indian standards were established on October 08, 2024:
• IS 2190: 2024 Selection, Installation and Maintenance of First-Aid Fire Extinguishers-Portable and Mobile Code of Practice (Fifth Revision)
• IS 3062: 2024 Crop Protection Equipment Rocker Sprayer Specification and Test Code (Fifth Revision)
• IS 3633:2024 Black Tea Specification (Third Revision)
The following Indian standards will be withdrawn on April 08, 2025:
• IS 2190: 2010 Selection, Installation and Maintenance of First-Aid Fire Extinguishers- Code of Practice (Fourth Revision)
• IS 3062: 1995 Rocker Sprayer- Crop Protection Equipment Specification (Fourth Revision)
• IS 3633: 2003 Black Tea Specification (Second Revision)
