Industry Specific Compliance The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) on October 18, 2024, notified regarding the RuPay exclusive lounge access policy.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that RuPay is launching an exclusive lounge program with tailored benefits for cardholders to enhance customer experience, as Annexure A details.

• It also states that member banks and issuers shall share the eligible cardholders every quarter to access the RuPay exclusive lounge, as per Annexure B.
