The Government of Kerala on October 14, 2024, notified regarding the enforcement date of certain provisions of the Kerala Taxation Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The provisions of sub-section (6), sub-section (31), sub-section (37), and sub-section (39) of section 4 shall come into force on September 27, 2024.
• The provisions of sub-sections (2) to (5), sub-section (7), sub-sections (9) to (30), sub-sections (32), (33), sub-sections (35), (36) and sub-section (38) of section 4 shall come into force on November 01, 2024.
