The Government of Jharkhand on October 04, 2024, notified the Jharkhand State Youth Commission Process and Operating Regulations 2024.
The following has been stated:-
• The Commission will be the competent authority for determining the procedure on matters related to the administration and functioning of the Commission.
•The Commission will take action on any new scheme or subject in which expenditure of public money is likely only after obtaining the approval of the Government through the Department.
It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jharkhand.
This regulation will come into force from October 04, 2024.
