Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on October 22, 2204, issued the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- 

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2025”.
