Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on October 22, 2024, issued the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

It states that paragraph 1(2) shall be substituted with “(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2025”.
