The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 22, 2024, issued the notification regarding the amendment to notification No. 27/2011-Customs, dated March 01, 2011 which states “Exemptions of Customs duty on goods falling within the second schedule of Customs Tariff Act, 1975”
The following has been stated namely: -
• In the TABLE the following amendments were made namely: -
o Against S. No. 6A., in column (4), for the entry, the entry “nil” shall be substituted;
o Against S. No. 6B., in column (4), for the entry, the entry “nil” shall be substituted;
o Against S. No. 6C., in column (4), for the entry, the entry “nil” shall be substituted.
The following shall come into force on October 22, 2024.
