Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on October 22, 2024, issued the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2) which states “The date of enforcement” the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: -

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2025”.

The following shall come into force on October 22, 2024
