The Government of Kerala on October 23, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Online Pass for Differently-Abled Passengers on Passenger Boats.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Passes can be obtained via the website serviceonline.gov.in.

• To complete the application, a passport-sized photograph and a copy of the disability proof certificate must be submitted.

• For those with 30% to 70% disability, the fare is only 30% of the ticket. And those with disabilities above 70% will be allowed free fare.
