Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on October 22, 2024, notified Lauric Acid (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024 further to amend the Lauric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been stated: -

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely:- 

(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of April 2025.

It shall come into force on October 22, 2024.
