The National Stock Exchange IFSC Ltd. on October 23, 2024, notified regarding the Cyber Security Audit of Broker-Dealers.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that Broker Dealers using algorithm software (Type – III) are required to conduct cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience audits for the period April 01, 2024, to September 30, 2024.
• It further provides the timelines for the audit period half yearly (April 2024 - September 2024):
o Preliminary Audit Report (Annexure B) - November 30, 2024
o Action Taken Report (ATR) (Annexure C) - February 28, 2025
o Follow-on Audit Report (Annexure D) - May 31, 2025
