Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on October 22, 2024, issued the Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, which states “Short title and commencement”, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:

This order shall come into force on April 24, 2025”.

This notification will come into force from October 22, 2024.
