The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW) on October 23, 2024, issued the Central Health Service (Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Central Health Service Rules, 2014.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In Schedule-II, which states “Higher Administrative Grade”, under the heading 4(I) 'TEACHING SPECIALIST SUB-CADRE (Assistant Professor or Associate Professor or Professor)’, against serial number 1, under the sub-heading ‘MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE’, under entry (g) relating to ‘Dr. RAM MANOHAR LOHIA HOSPITAL, NEW DELHI’, after serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted as specified in the Table.
• In Schedule-VI, under the heading ‘SUPER SPECIALITIES’, after serial number 59 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted as specified in the Table.
This notification will come into force from October 23, 2024.
