The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on October 23, 2024, issued a circular regarding the submission of Annual Returns and Annual Confirmations for Financial Year 2023-24.
It is hereby reiterated that the Members are required to submit their Annual Returns and Annual Confirmations latest by October 31, 2024 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024 through Member Reporting Portal of MCXCCL only.
Non-Submission/late Submission of Annual Returns and Annual Confirmations for the Financial Year 2023-24 shall attract non-submission charges/disciplinary actions as per Annexure-9 of circular no. MCXCCL/MEM/238/2024 dated September 23, 2024.
Members are once again advised to take note of the above and ensure compliance latest by October 31, 2024.
