The Government of Andhra Pradesh on October 23, 2024, issued a notification regarding the use of Aadhaar services for the Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra scheme.
The following has been stated: -
•Under Section 7 of the Aadhaar Act, 2016, has notified the use of Aadhaar services for the Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra scheme.
•The scheme typically focuses on enhancing educational opportunities and resources for students, particularly in underprivileged areas.
•The Director of School Education, in Andhra Pradesh, is responsible for implementing this decision. Further necessary actions are to be taken accordingly.
This notification shall come into effect from October 23, 2024.
