Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on October 24, 2024, issued the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: — 

“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”.
