The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on October 23, 2024, notified regarding the downward rate revision under DGESIC Rate Contract 144C.
The following has been stated namely: -
· It states that the price of the Inj. Infliximab 100mg in 10ml for M/S Johnson & Johnson Private Limited has been reduced to Rs. 13, 500 per vial from Rs. 14,158.11 per vial.
· It also states that all DDOs shall recover the excess amount paid to the firm from subsequent bills submitted by the firm and maintain records of the same.
· This shall come into effect from September 27, 2024.
