Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on October 24, 2024, issued the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, which states “Short title, commencement and application”, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:

It shall come into force on October 24, 2025.
