Labour Compliance The Government of Madhya Pradesh on October 23, 2024, amended an older notification No. 28751-29000 dated September 30, 2024, related to variable wages under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

The following has been stated: -

•The erroneous dates in Schedule-D for agricultural employment have been corrected to reflect “from October 01, 2023, to March 31, 2024” instead of “from April 01, 2024, to September 30, 2024.”

•All other minimum wage rates and conditions remain unchanged.
