The Government of Goa on October 24, 2024, issued a corrigendum regarding Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(09/2024-Rate)/26768 dated October 09, 2024, related to property regulations.
The following has been stated: -
•In Government Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(09/2024-Rate)/26768 dated October 09, 2024, published in the Official Gazette on October 10, 2024, the phrase “any property” in column (2) of serial number 5AB is amended to read “any immovable property.”
•All other contents of the notification remain unchanged.
