Industry Specific Compliance The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) on October 24, 2024, issued a notification regarding not of Standard Quality (NSQ) drugs for September 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•As part of the continuous regulatory surveillance, drug samples are picked from sales/distribution points, and analyzed. A list of Not of Standard Quality (NSQ) drugs is displayed on the CDSCO portal on a monthly basis.

•The purpose of displaying the NSQ list is to make stakeholders aware of the NSQ batches identified in the market.
