Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on October 24, 2024, issued the Styrene (Vinyl Benzene) (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Styrene (Vinyl Benzene) (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), which states “Date of enforcement” the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”.

This shall come into force on October 24, 2024
