The Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on October 24, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Reminder on the Submission of Annual Audited Networth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Clearing Members were notified to submit their Annual Returns for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024, through ICCL’s Electronic Filing system (IEFS) latest by October 31, 2024.
• Clearing Members are required to submit their Annual Returns latest by October 31, 2024, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024, through IEFS portal.
• Non-Submission/Late Submission of Annual Returns for the Financial Year 2023-24 shall attract disciplinary actions.
