Secretarial ComplianceThe National E-Governance Services Ltd (NeSL) on October 28, 2024, notified regarding the Access to Record of Default.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that creditors are now disabled from downloading Record of Default from the NeSL IU portal.

• It mentions that to seek a record of default, Bank/s, FIs, and other Creditors shall send an email to [email protected] or call the RoD Hotline at +91-8867392123, including the PAN/UIN of the defaulting corporate debtor.
