Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on September 17, 2024, issued the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, which states “Short Title and commencement”, for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely:

It shall come into force on March 12, 2025.

This notification will come into force from September 17, 2024.
