Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Finance Department, Puducherry on October 28, 2024, notified regarding the payment of productivity bonuses to the employees of public sector undertakings and all autonomous bodies for the accounting year 2023-24.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the PSUs and Autonomous Bodies with sufficient funds shall grant Productivity linked bonus plus ex-gratia to employees for 2023-24, subject to competent authority approval and not exceeding the previous year's amount.
