The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on October 28, 2024, notified regarding the revised list of High End and High Value used/refurbished Medical Equipment other than critical case medical equipment.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It provides a revised list of 38 High End and High Value used/refurbished Medical Equipment other than critical care medical equipment such as MRI, CT, PET-CT, Radiotherapy Devices, 4K Advance Laparoscopy Surgery System, Corneal topography, Cone-Beam Computed Tomography Systems (CBCT), etc.
