The Employment Department, Haryana on October 23, 2024, notified regarding the extension in the submission of EMI ER-II Returns as on September 30, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• All the establishments of the private sector were required to ensure that they fill the biennial return ER-II based on the statistical return ER-I of September 30, 2023, failure to this, the department has extended the submission deadline for those who have not complied.
• It states that the ER-II report of the establishment shall be sent by October 30, 2024, using the prescribed proforma, to [email protected], or by post or hand.
