The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, (MoHFW), on October 29, 2024, issued a notification amending old notification.
The notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section(i) vide G.S.R. 922(E) dated the 28th December, 2023-
•Under Short title and commencement for the words “(1) These rules may be called the Drugs (….. Amendment) Rules, 2023” the following shall be substituted as, :- (1) These rules may be called the Drugs (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023.
•In the Note for the words “notification number G.S.R ( E), dated……” the following shall be substituted as, :- “notification number G.S.R 410 ( E), dated 2nd June, 2023”.
