•BSE has directed Investment Advisers and Research Analysts to comply with the Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulations, 2018, and TRAI's recent directives issued in August 2024.

•These regulations aim to ensure proper communication practices. Advisers and analysts must take necessary actions to ensure compliance.
