The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on October 30, 2024, notified regarding the Revised Filing Deadline for Producer Companies' Financial Statements.

It is stated that Producer Companies shall file their Financial Statements with the Registrar within 60 days of their annual general meeting, as per section 378 ZA(10) of the Companies Act, 2013, and changes to AOC-4 forms for normal fee filing within this period will be implemented next week.
