The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on October 30, 2024, notified Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2024 further to amend the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations, 2018.
The following has been stated: -
•In the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations, 2018,-
In the TABLE after FORM-XII the deadlines for Sr. No. 4, Sr. No. 5, and Sr. No. 6 have been revised to November 15, 2024, November 30, 2024, and January 15, 2025, respectively.
These changes reflect new compliance dates for the specified entries.
They shall come into force on October 30, 2024.
