The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 28, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Periodic reporting format for Research Analysts.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Exchange will be providing a portal to facilitate the RAs to submit the periodic report for half-yearly periods ending September 30 and March 31 of every financial year.
• The periodic reports shall be submitted to the Exchange by RAs within 30 days from the last date of the reporting period.
• The first reporting period shall be half-yearly period ending March 31, 2025, and the reports thereof shall be required to be submitted by April 30, 2025.
