Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW) on October 30, 2024, issued the Food Safety and Standards (Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Food Safety and Standards Rules, 2011.

This shall come into force from November 01, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In rule 3.1 which states the Adjudication proceeding, in sub-rule 3.1.1, in clause (5), after figure “58”, the figures “61, 63,” shall be inserted.
